These are a few of my favorite things...

Updated: Feb 23

So many of us feel like it's been a roller coaster ride for the past couple of months and the sudden change that has "disrupted" so many lives and lifestyles. I tend to accept rather quickly any changes and grow through it... one of the methods that work well in coping and adjusting is to have a gratitude list. So when I am feeling low on the good vibes I like to focus on what is well and what brings me joy rather than what I can't change. or. control.
