About the event
This fun & light workshop is all about getting up close & personal on what you would really like to focus on for the year. It's never too late to start setting intentions. We take it from all angles in our life; wellbeing, spiritual, love, relationships, personal growth...etc.
Understanding the power of intention and how it allows life to work for us and unfold. By the end of this workshop you will find your own personal 'theme word" for the year/month.
